Short Sale Negotiators- Do they add value?

1) Does your office handle short sale listings
2) Do you currently have any short sale listings
3) Who works with the bank’s rep to get your short sale approval
4) Have you ever/ do you know anyone who has used a 3rd party negotiator to work on the borrower/seller’s behalf
5) What is your opinion regarding the use of a 3rd party negotiator
